    They’re comfortable and seem tough so I’m happy.. Surprisingly they took 13 days to arrive (in inner Melbourne) and they were harder to fit than I thought (2017 hilux). You have to take the plastic clip off the side-to-side strap, feed it through a small steel hole and then reattach the clip with only a tiny bit of strap to work with, it’s a very fiddly job but I managed to do it with pliers. I know the passenger seat is going to be even harder because I’ll have even less strap to deal with. I noticed someone else complained about the length of the straps, well I second that, you should definitely make the side to side strap at least 50-70mm longer.

    The covers and floor mats I ordered using my vehicle registration number on the website did not match the model of my car. You had no other options so I returned them. I’m not disappointed with the service and the understanding of the person who took my call. We have your covers on 2 other vehicles we have. It’s a shame the system didn’t work this time.
